- ** Pre-Production**:Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and the Content Head to formulate the Content Strategy for the channel. Conduct research and conceptualize ideas that align with the defined Content Strategy. Partner with Creative Directors to identify suitable external talent, including writers, directors, and production houses, for executing the envisioned concepts. Support the transformation of concepts into impactful TV shows in collaboration with the selected external talent teams. Collaborate extensively with the Marketing and OAP teams on potent communication strategy for the shows, aiming to bolster customer adoption and elevate the brand's image.
