Job Description:


1) Developing Marketing communication : Development of integrated marketing campaigns for existing & new products while understanding market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure effective marketing plans.

2) Brand Management : Building and maintaining the brand image which includes managing brand messaging, visual identity, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

3) Digital Marketing : Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies. Drive performance marketing campaigns as well as digital marketing initiatives to engage customers, generate leads & business conversion.

4) Sponsorship : Identify opportunities for relevant brand associations to drive visibility & strengthen the positioning for IL brand.

5) Regulatory Compliance : To ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant legal & compliance norms of the organization. Overseeing the development of marketing materials, disclosures, and advertisements to ensure transparency and compliance.

6) Budget Management : Tracking & Managing the allocated budgets across various marketing initiatives to ensure timely payments & smooth operations.

7) Team Management : Experience in managing a team (1-2 member) while driving execution of the overall marketing plans.
