Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive, B2B (Open to work in Pharma, Chemical Industry)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive B2B sales.

Identify target audience and develop targeted messaging and campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collaterals, such as presentations and brochures. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results.

Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.

Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.

Negotiate and finalize B2B contracts and agreements.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a regular basis.

Track sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Build and maintain sales reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Provide input and support for pricing and product positioning strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Continuously monitor market and industry developments.

Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay informed.

Keep track of competitor activities and market share.

Recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies based on market insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
