Job Title**:Sales Representatives** (**2 positions**)
We are seeking **dynamic and motivated individuals** to join our team as Sales Representatives for our thriving tyre retail business. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in **expanding our customer base, generating leads, and driving sales**.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and engage prospective clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Actively pursue new leads and opportunities to expand the customer base.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and sales techniques.
6. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Knowledge of tyre products and the automotive industry is a plus.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
