Fresher Travel Desk Executive

Required Qualification:
- Any Graduation/ Master /Others
- MS Office
**Responsibilities**:
- Must be able to manage complete operations of travel desk (International & domestic)
- Hotel Booking
- Booking Air/train/bus tickets
- Managing other travel formalities
- Generate and keep a record of travel report
- Coordination with internal employees, Sr Management, and Top management
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to do Multitasking
- Maintain a relationship with vendors and agencies.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with travel service providers.
- Process T&E reports.
- Ensure that all programs comply with all travel procedures.
- Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, import and export regulations, and insurance.
- Continuously work towards the improvement of travel programs.
- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or relevant fields is preferred.
