Chennai, India REDBELLY VETERINARY DIAGNOSTICS & LABORATORY Full time

1) To create and execute quality improvement monitors for laboratories, and take part in performance-improving initiatives.

2) Responsible to create and check the SOP and to ensure proper implementation of the system as per SOP in the laboratory.

3) Evaluate new testing processes and train laboratory staff for their SOPs.

4) Establish and monitor Quality manage system, quality control documents, corrective action plan and appropriate supervisory signature in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and NABL.

5) Responsible to ensure the adequacy of compliance for the observations in the laboratory.

6) Responsible to ensure handling of lab equipments, incidents, deviations and repeat analysis.

7) Coordinate periodical audits of laboratory and follow up on corrective action for all deficiencies.

8) Make periodic revisions to quality documents, records and manual.

9) Participate in scheduled in-service training and educational programs to improve skills and expand the knowledge of the technical staff.

10) Ensure the laboratory has proper policies and procedures to comply with the regulatory bodies.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
