EQ India has 1300 employees- operating out of capability centres in Bangalore and Chennai.There has never been a better time to join EQJob Responsibilities:Review quality assurance policy and proceduresInterpret and implement quality assurance standardsAssist with planning, conducting and monitoring testing and inspection of transactions to ensure finished qualityCollect and compile statistical quality dataProduce monthly quality dashboardAnalyse data to identify trends and areas for improvementRecommend and monitor corrective and preventive actionsCommunicate outcomes of quality activitiesIdentify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standardsAssure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirementsQualification / skills required:Strong DB, DC, and Hybrid pensions knowledgeKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirementsKnowledge of concepts and methodologies of QAExperience of quality assurance administrative processesExperience with implementation of corrective action programsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ExcelAbility to interpret German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian information from multiple sources is desirableBenefits:Being a permanent member of the team at EQ you will be rewarded by our company benefits, these are just a few of what is on offer:31 days + 9 bank holidays (UK)Comprehensive Medical Assurance coverTwo-way cab transport for staff working in UK & US shiftMaternity leave of 6 months full pay, 10days paid paternity leaveAccidental & Life cover 3 times of concerned CTCWe are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
