**Title**:

- Event Marketing & Engagement Executive

**Location**:

- Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Host / moderate offline & online events, and deliver presentations (must have)
- Define clear event KPIs to ensure events success
- Plan, create and execute end-to-end events marketing strategy based on business
- goals and objectives
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies that effectively promote events both online and offline
- Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at events
- Create theme-based events calendar
- Analyze event success, prepare reports and come up with actionable insights
- Interact with key decisions makers & industry experts
- Identify the right event location/platforms, shortlist and on-board the speakers
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure maximum awareness, registration and foot-falls for the event
- Plan and manage technical, logístical and media support services by coordinating with various teams / departments, to ensure seamless execution of an event
- Maintain event inventory that include collaterals, giveaways, etc.
- Research trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events
- Speakers outreach for online and offline events
- Connect with speakers on a regular basis and keep data handy for future events.
- Drive more registration for events organically

**Requirements:

- **
- At least 3 years of proven experience in event hosting, planning and marketing with excellent public speaking skills (must have)
- Eligible Work Experience Range: 3 to 6 years
- Well-versed with planning and organizing events
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Skilled in project management
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
