Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Event Planning and Strategy: Plan the annual calendar for events in line with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize event themes, formats, and agendas.
  2. End-to-End Execution: Oversee all aspects of event execution, including sponsorship negotiation, vendor management, logistical coordination, and on-site supervision.
  3. Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to optimize resources. Track billing across all channels.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, event collateral, and digital campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. Leverage various channels, including social media, email marketing, and PR, to maximize event visibility and reach.
  5. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event against predefined metrics and KPIs. Gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning efforts.


Desired skills and experience:


  1. 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end events. Having experience in the fintech sector will be an advantage
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from conception to completion, while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints
  3. Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  5. Creative thinker with a high bias for action
