**Below are the Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
Identify and research potential clients using various channels to build a robust lead pipeline.

Gain in-depth knowledge of our Leuze products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives, geographically and establishing new Verticals of Existing Business Lines

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers & exiting customer through effective communication and follow-up.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Solve customer problems and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.Gain insights into the sales process by shadowing experienced team members and participating in sales meetings.

Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.

Collect feedback from customer interactions.

Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanour

Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Strong problem-solving skills to tackle customer issues creatively.

Ability to negotiate and convince potential clients to choose our products/services.

Bachelor's degree or MBA graduates with 0-1-year experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
