**Job Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sourcing new products from vendors and following up when needed.
- Submitting purchase orders to vendors and maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendor.
- Manage Product Listings, Customer support, listing optimization, Inventory management
- Support day-to-day operation in the warehouse to ensure smooth functioning and running of all warehouse-concerning activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work methodology.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.
- Able to sit and work from in laptop for 8 hours daily long shift.
- Communicate to different team members about the status of assigned tasks and follow up as needed using standard Microsoft Office software.
- Able to work 8 hours shifts from 7:30 am to 4 pm EST with 30 min break time.
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items as per company standards.
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
- Ability to follow company standards, processes, and procedures accurately.
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients who visit the warehouse.

**Qualification Requirements**.
- Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection and laptop.
- If you are a detail-oriented self-starter who is well-versed in selling on online platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, we would love to hear from you.
- Good communication, organizational, team player, time management mathematical skills.
- Dependable and Reliable.
- Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills are required.
- Systems improvement experience.
- Flexible for overtime work during busy / peak times.
