**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk & Customer Service**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

**2. Administrative Support**
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate mail and courier services, ensuring proper delivery and distribution.
- Prepare and process office documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.

**3. Office Management Assistance**
- Support office management with organizing and maintaining office spaces.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, addressing any issues or needs related to office equipment and supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or conferences.
- Handle office-related inquiries, resolving minor issues or escalating them to the appropriate department.

**4. Record Keeping & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and correspondence.
- Assist with employee onboarding and manage visitor logs for safety and compliance.

**5. Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and employees to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations and maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certification in administration or office management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones.
- Experience with office management or scheduling software is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
