**Responsibilities**:

- To act as the buyer’s main point of contact ensuring that they are onboarded as per Drip’s policy
- Ensuring that the buyer’s queries, expectations or issues are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Ensure process compliance while improving turnaround times to deliver a great customer experience
- Deliver clear written and verbal communication to aid query resolution and other operations related activities
- Responsible for ensuring that the customer’s requests are fulfilled through coordination with Drip’s internal departments and third-party vendors/partners
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of internal trackers and projects
- Take initiative in helping management optimize processes and systems with customer feedback

**Our Checklist**:

- Experience working with customers in trans-Atlantic geographies
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in any additional languages is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Applicants with previous experience working with supply chain and logistics functions of international trade preferred
- Comfortable with **US shift timings ( 5 pm to 2 am )
