
Facebook & Instagram Advertisement Expert

**Responsibilities**:
**- Lead Generation & ROI Management**:
- Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate a minimum of 40 leads per day.
- Ensure at least 20 qualified leads daily for the sales team, optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, including lead quality and conversion rates.
**- Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Design ad creatives and targeting strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.
**- Aggressive & Results-Driven Approach**:
- Maintain a highly aggressive approach to meet daily and monthly lead targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion criteria.
- Act as a proactive decision-maker, continuously optimizing campaigns to exceed business goals.
**- Reporting & Optimization**:
- Generate detailed reports on daily and weekly campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable improvements.
- Work with the team to set clear KPIs and benchmarks, tracking against these goals to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor budget usage and campaign spending to achieve optimal cost per lead and maximize ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion campaigns.
**- Skills**:
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, optimize ads, and make data-backed decisions.
- High level of proficiency in audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
**- Attributes**:
- Highly results-oriented and aggressive in achieving lead generation targets.
- Strong decision-maker with the ability to adapt quickly based on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the sales team and management.
**Key Expectations**:
- Daily target of 40 leads generated from campaigns and 20 qualified leads provided to the sales team.
- High accountability for conversion metrics and overall ROI from campaigns.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
