The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to effectively manage our social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and marketing objectives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and rankings.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic promotions. Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Ensure that website content is SEO-friendly and adheres to best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site performance, crawlability, and indexability.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with target keywords.
- Monitor and improve content quality, readability, and engagement metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
