**Reservation Supervision**: Ensure accurate reservation processes for maximum occupancy.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and support the front office team.

**Cash Handling and Records**: Oversee cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.

**Customer Service Champion**: Resolve guest concerns for a positive experience.

**Training and Development**: Train and enhance staff skills.

**Shift Management**: Coordinate front office staff schedules.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Generate daily reports for management analysis.

**Quality Assurance**:Enforce service and quality standards.

**Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve issues during shifts.

**Communication Liaison**:Facilitate inter-departmental communication.

**Guest Services Enhancement**:Elevate guest experience through personalized services.

**Safety and Security Implementation**:Enforce security protocols for guest safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
