As a fast-growing SaaS-based logistics organization, our vision is to provide innovative solutions that help major companies reduce freight costs, increase order and load management efficiency, minimize delays, and gain end-to-end visibility into their logistics operations.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) Team to manage clients through various life-cycle stages: Onboarding, Adoption, Engagement, Data analysis, and Value Delivery.
- Utilize project management skills for seamless client onboarding and implementation, including the flexibility to travel to client locations if required.
- Act as a dedicated success manager post-implementation, ensuring ongoing value delivery and issue resolution.
- Generate regular and custom reports, conduct business analysis, and provide insights to clients on product usage.
- Renew long-term customer contracts and identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the Sales team.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, addressing concerns and driving resolutions.
- Maintain proactive, regular contact with client accounts to maximize success, and product usage, and identify revenue opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, facilitating successful product adoption.
- Collaborate with the operations team and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with finance teams for billing-related matters.
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Project management/Customer Success Domain.
- Demonstrated project management skills, especially in client onboarding and implementation.
- Experience in B2B software products is preferred.
- Ability to work well and thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent command of MS Office or equivalent suite, especially Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Proactive and hardworking attitude.
- Willingness to travel to client locations during project implementation if required.
