Urgent hiring Admin Secretory to Director at multispeciality hospital located in Pune.
Reports to : Managing Director/ CEO
Salary Package: Rs.25,000/- to Rs.30,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).
**Qualifications & Experience**: Any Graduate with 1+ years relevant experience (Hospital/ Hotel/ Service Industry) Background, Pleasant Personality, effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal), Apt for info, Interpersonal Relationship, Strong Spoken English is required.
Maintaining and manage calendar for the Managing Director/ CEO. Prioritize meeting requests and manage day-to-day activities.
Advice the Managing Director/ CEO of matters requiring personal attention, associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation
Assists in coordinating the agenda of management team meetings. Handling correspondence, filing, and documentation. Maintaining minutes of the meetings and ensuring that actionable are circulated to right people.
Maintain diary of the Managing Director and organize travel and other related arrangements
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director/ CEO
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the Managing Director, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the MD and staff.
Maintaining contact lists and important timelines
**Travel Desk**:
Responsible for Handling Corporate Travel Desk.
Handling all functions related to Hotel Booking and Travel Arrangements (Airlines, Bus, Car and Railway).
Taking care of cancellations and refunding of the bookings.
Coordinating with Travel Agents.
Maintaining complete record, files and documentation related to travel desk.
**Competencies & Personal Attributes**:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, Hospital Softwares etc.
