Creative Producer
- Entertainment Video Content (Films & Originals)

Being one of the front running media and entertainment companies, our business is about aggregating

and creating best of the video entertainment content and distributing it through the worldwide

network of digital channels for content distribution.

At present we are catering to more than 30 million + subscribers with deep engagement of 5 billion

plus minutes of watch time per month across the platforms we are associated with including:
YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Airtel Xtreme, JIO TV, MX Player.

We are seeking an experienced Creative producer who is passionate about telling stories by creating

movies and originals for OTT.

show/ series, from pre production to post-production and delivery of the final ready to release

content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating video entertainment content for leading OTT platforms in India and

for release on the company’s digital content distribution network.
- Growing the company’s production slate of new content by identifying / finding viable

concepts, scripts, developing, and putting them into production pipeline by hiring writers,

director, other creative and technical crew.
- Building in-house creative teams and working with freelance media professionals and external

outsourced teams to deliver high quality entertainment video content.
- To oversee the entire process of making a film or web show, from pre production to post
- production.
- Make pitch bibles / Presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong professional background with 7-8 years of work experience in leading roles of

creative/associate producer of big film & TV projects in Hindi film industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills, executive presence, and ability

to work across multi-national, cross functional teams both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and abilities.
- Strong content understanding about what works in India and in the vernacular markets.
- Must be creative & detail oriented.
- Preference will be given to:

- One with industry experience and a network of industry peers. often developed over time.
- Who have successfully mounted projects in the past.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
