**Responsibilities**:
Leadership: Take charge of a team of procurement specialists, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.

Manpower Procurement: Oversee the sourcing and acquisition of skilled labour required for our construction projects. Collaborate with project managers to identify and fulfil workforce needs in a timely manner.

Material Procurement: Lead the procurement process for construction materials, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies that optimize cost savings, supplier performance, and overall efficiency.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure the best value for the organization while maintaining strong relationships.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the procurement process and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and supplier performance to anticipate and address potential challenges.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance procurement processes and procedures to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall departmental performance.

Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals and objectives.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports as required. Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost-saving initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, specifically in procurement and vendor management.

Proven track record in manpower procurement for the construction industry, including sourcing and onboarding skilled labour.

Strong knowledge of material procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics within the construction sector.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving departmental goals.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

A detail-oriented and organized approach to work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in procurement operations.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,609.28 per month
