Title: Sales Assistant - Computer Hardware and Electronic Security Surveillance

**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance:

- Welcome customers to the Computer Hardware and E-Security Surveillance department and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Provide detailed information about computer hardware components, peripherals, and electronic security systems.
- Guide customers through product selection, considering their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of various computer hardware and security surveillance solutions.
- Sales Generation:

- Actively engage with customers to promote computer hardware and electronic security products.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance customers' computing or security setups.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the latest developments and advancements in computer hardware and electronic security surveillance technology.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Merchandising and Maintenance:

- Ensure the Computer Hardware and E-Security Surveillance department is well-presented, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
- Conduct regular checks on display items to ensure they are in working order and properly maintained.
- Customer Service Excellence:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, computer science, or security-related fields are desirable.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the computer hardware or electronic security industry, is preferred.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, networking concepts, and electronic security surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
