**In this role, you will**:

- Participate in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of credit services by managing, tracking, assigning, and balancing production of daily underwriting through the supervision of others
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Wealth Underwriting
- Review and analyze pre-screen credit opportunities, provide recommendations, and advise on the structure of credits, and exercise independent judgment to guide accurate preparation and submission of periodic reports
- Present recommendations for achieving consistent and balanced credit culture by managing asset quality standards with growth objectives
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in compliance with government regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues and partners

**Required Qualifications, US**:

- 2+ years of Wealth Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
