Senior Wealth Underwriting Operations Specialist

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Underwriting Assistant to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Lead Wealth Underwriting Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the performance and overall effectiveness of our Wealth Underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Wealth Underwriting operations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that benefit the entire organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Wealth Underwriting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Wealth Underwriting operations and processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
