Job Description for Inbound Customer support Service

Job Title - Customer Support Service

Reports To - Team Leader

Skills Required - TeleCaller / Customer support / Inbound Calling

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Provide resolution and wrap up the call.
- Respond quickly on the calls that you will receive
- Keep updated with the product Knowledge
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company

Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 8 hours of login time on a daily basis

Requirements
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in Inbound Calling
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Immediate Joiners
- Have their own laptops with windows 10 and an active internet connection along with a working camera
- Video / Camera on is compulsory for training as well as interview rounds

Salary
- INR 12000-13,500/- per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
