Position: Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events while prioritizing conflicting demands and time-sensitive matters.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements. Anticipate travel-related needs and proactively address potential issues.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Task Prioritization: Assist in managing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. Help in organizing workflow and tracking progress.

Research: Conduct research on various topics to provide relevant and timely information to the executive. Summarize findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.

Data Management: Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, both professional and personal, including meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and special occasions.

Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, create expense reports, and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, errands, appointments, and other responsibilities as needed.

Liaison: Interact with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, colleagues, and service providers, on behalf of the executive, representing them professionally.

Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance as required, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Prior experience in event planning and travel coordination is a plus.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
