Corporate Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize research and cold calling to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
- Convert leads into sales through effective telephonic communication.
- Maintain and monitor detailed records of all interactions, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
- Adhere to the sales script and strategy, with flexibility to adapt as needed.
- Update customers on new product launches and capture their feedback.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer queries and complaints.
**Requirements**:
- Completed 12th grade or graduation.
- Prior experience as a telesales executive or in a similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable with credit card sales or healthy medicine sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Age between 18-35 years.
- Willing to work at the Kalkaji or Janakpuri location.
**Compensation**:
- Fixed salary + Incentives + PF + ESI + Bonus.
