**Position Purpose**
- The Resource Co-ordinator works within Bravura’s Resourcing team to allocate people from Bravura’s Capability and practice organizational structure to Delivery Teams, ensuring that Bravura operates a resourcing model that responds to the rapidly changing business environment in which we work, allowing Bravura and our clients to scale faster, more comprehensively, and with greater agility.

They will be responsible for helping to maintaining a single view of resource allocation for all operational resources.

**What you will be doing**:

- Help maintain a rolling 12 month resourcing plan showing the allocation of named resources to Delivery projects
- Attend horizon planning sessions with Sales, Account management, Delivery and Propositions teams to understand resourcing requirements for future projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Delivery and HR) on a frequent basis to review the project pipeline planning for resource training and recruitment needs
- Responsibility for issuing regular reporting around utilisation, bench, weekly updates
- Help maintain a single global resourcing artefact and utilisation report on SharePoint

- Relevant resource/workforce planning/ bench management experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commercial Acumen
- Effective communicator across all levels with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of excel including power pivots and power query
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
