Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Acquisition and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in various industries.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, visting potential clients and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the company’s solutions.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate packages.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and improve sales strategies.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
- Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver expected results.
- **Sales Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights to management.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop compelling advertising solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
