**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Sales Executive at Image Media World located in Borivali West, you will play a key role in driving digital sales revenue by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Leveraging your sales expertise and digital marketing knowledge, you will be responsible for promoting Image Media World's digital advertising solutions to businesses, helping them achieve their marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Borivali West area and beyond who could benefit from Image Media World's digital advertising solutions.
- **Sales Presentations and Consultation**:

- Conduct sales presentations to showcase Image Media World's digital advertising offerings, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Consult with clients to understand their marketing goals, challenges, and budget constraints, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Collaborate with the digital media planning team to develop customized proposals and media plans that align with client objectives and budgetary requirements.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and negotiating terms to secure deals.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all digital advertising inquiries and needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them optimize their digital advertising campaigns.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software or other sales management tools.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to digital advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, summarizing key metrics such as sales performance, revenue projections, and client feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for sales strategy refinement.
- **Attend Networking Events and Industry Conferences**:

- Represent Image Media World at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
- Build relationships with key industry contacts and influencers to enhance Image Media World's visibility and reputation in the digital advertising space.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including display advertising, social media marketing, search engine marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Knowledge of the Borivali West market and local business landscape is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
