Description

Shift:

- TShould be flexible working in night shift

Experience working with US geo or USA locations

**Duties**:

- Be a key point to and schedule interviews for recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers
- Provide additional communication to hiring teams and Recruiters. In a fast-growing company like,this task comes with its challenges.
- Help set up the recruitment and onboarding of new campus hires
- Prepare and send offer letters to successful interns and graduates. You will also be tracking offers to ensure signed contracts are returned in a timely manner
- Onboarding of new hires into HR systems
- Supporting the offer process as above for our intern conversions
- Identify any areas of recruitment process improvement and automation to make experiences seamless
- You may be involved in ad hoc projects as required, either specific to early in career hiring or more generic to the global recruitment coordination team.

- Able to deal with complex requests for example, managing different time zones, conflicting schedules, coordinating travel schedules.
- Experience working in a coordination, executive assistant, HR generalist or customer service role is very relevant to this position.
- The skills are highly transferrable.
