Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Chandigarh, India

Adarsh Electricals, a trusted and established retail/wholesale seller of electrical appliances in Chandigarh, is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. We are an official dealer for products from top ISI Brands such as Symphony, USHA, AO Smith, Racold, Voltas, and many more.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries and orders are handled efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts, billing, and office administration
- Handling on-store sales and telesales/telemarketing
- Managing inventory and credit/debit management
- Creating estimates, bills, and offers to attract customers
- Monitoring stock, cash, and bank statements
- Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks such as physical stock verification and damage stock management
- Providing customer service and follow-up
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
- Developing marketing strategies and creating promotional campaigns
- Maintaining social media and website content
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Designing and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff members
- Participating in budget planning and financial analysis
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Managing online sales channels and social media presence
- Analysing sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
- Attending trade shows and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Tally Prime software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good communication skills and typing speed - Live in Chandigarh Tri-city or comfortable shifting near the office location
