JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive
DEPARTMENT: Laboratory
HANDLING ROLE: Sample coding/Reporting & Admin
REPORTS TO: Lab Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Customer Support Representative will provide product education (Sample Test) and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. Administrative working related to sample management & processing as defined under ISo17025:2017 PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required:
- To check the physical condition of the samples received and bring to the notice of Sales
employees any leaks/tampered sample containers.
- Handling reception desk & inclusive documentation
- To carry the sample coding & send the sample in respective sections for analysis as when required.
- To countercheck the sample label information with the letter accompanying the sample
for parameters to be analyzed, methods etc.
- To report to the Sales team in case any deviations are observed.
- To print the job sheets and hand over the samples and the job sheets to respective TMs
- To fill in the results in the software and generate the test report
- To take the final printouts of the reports
- To ensure that the customer receives the test reports & bills in time
- To plan, arrange & monitor sampling schedule for samplers in consultation with sales executive
- To intimate the sampling plan to customer & taking approval for the same
- To arrange material, require sampling activity.
- To give system-oriented sampling test request form to sampler & its proper
documentation
- To liaise with customers & resolve any issues about the samples received, reports
dispatched.
- Communicate customer queries or complaints received via table call to lab/Quality
manager.
- Share the soft copy of reports to external customers as when required.
- As per TAT take follow up with Sr. Analyst/TM for sample analysis in Pune lab.
- To submit the monthly report of number of samples collected with relevant details to lab
manager
- To maintain proper documentation & filing for Sample Entry/ Dispatch reports /Test
request/Invoices/ Enquires/ & other related documents.
- Review the test form for walk-in customers & hand the samples with proper details to DQM or QM or Salesperson Pune.
- To keep the administrative material stock required for working.
- To carry the coordination of samples sent or received at Gujarat lab in case required.
- Preparation of Sales quotation as when required
- Sample Scheduling on Google Calender and look into it that the schedule is been
followed
- Petty cash management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises samplers & lab associates for sample management work.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Qualification: Graduate with experience of 1 Year.
2. Expected Skills: Graduate in science, Computer Knowledge, Basic testing information

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service role required
Laboratory Information Systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities required
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
