As an Accounts Assistant with some work in Inventory, your duties and responsibilities may include:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conducting regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Tracking inventory movement and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Ensuring inventory is properly classified, valued and accounted for.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve any accounting or inventory issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure inventory levels meet demand.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
- Conducting regular stock takes and reporting on inventory levels.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and tasks.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- Tally: 2 years (preferred)
