As an Inventory at Gigabyte Techonology India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize inventory levels, track product movement, manage stock levels, and implement efficient inventory control measures. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and strategic thinking will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing stock discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory management strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to fulfill customer orders promptly while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock movement, sales trends, and product demand.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce obsolete or excess stock.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and any variances for management review.
- Train and supervise inventory staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the inventory management system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and variances.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to challenges.
- Prior experience in industry/type is a plus.
