**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the school's central inventory system, including monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and conducting regular audits.
- Coordinate with various departments to assess their inventory needs and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received and distribution to the respective branches.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, shelving, and organization of materials.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, waste, or theft.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies as required.
- Collaborate with finance department to reconcile inventory records with financial data.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise inventory staff as needed.
- Upkeep of data into software, P.O. Generation etc

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Must have worked in school and handled large scale inventory
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus.
