**Job Summary**: The Technical Support Specialist provides assistance and support to end-users and internal teams for various technical issues and inquiries. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring that technology-related problems are resolved promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Offer exceptional customer service and ensure a positive user experience.

**Technical Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Troubleshoot issues with computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

**Software Support**:Assist users with software installation, configuration, and usage.
Collaborate with software vendors for issue resolution when necessary.

**Hardware Support**:Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment.

**Documentation**:Create and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Document support interactions and solutions for future reference.

**Remote Support**:Provide remote assistance to users for off-site troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Utilize remote support tools to facilitate the process.

**Escalation**:Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or relevant IT teams when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to resolve challenging problems.

**Training and Education**:Conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and IT trends.

**Security Compliance**:Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.
Assist with security-related tasks, such as access control and virus/malware detection.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate user needs.
- May involve working in an office environment or providing remote support from a designated location.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
