It is backed by a team of fuel delivery experts who have been in the business for more than three decades.

**About role**

We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, high energetic Sales Executive to join our team. As our Sales Executive, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities, target markets and close deals. You will also be eligible to earn incentives based on the targets reached.

**What you will be doing**:

- Identify bulk diesel consumers, analyze their purchase requirements and onboard them with a tailor-made refilling plan for their diesel requirement.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door, cold calling, networking, social media, referrals and walk-ins. Capture the information in Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR).
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our company through proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate/close deals, facilitate legal agreements and ensure proper handover to the operations team. Ensure all KYC compliances are adhered to before on boarding of customer.
- Own and exceed monthly sales targets, and capture a greater market share.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Manage your client database within your assigned territory
- Persistently follow-up with clients for collections of payment. Build professional relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Extensive travel required within your assigned territory.
- Sales and negotiation.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other opportunities.

- Should have good knowledge of the industry and should be good with numbers to be able to work on financial reports.

- High integrity, ethics, and team-building abilities
- Strong presentation, time management, problem solving skills
- Experience selling business to business
- Experience in the petroleum industry or related industry is preferred but not compulsory

**Education: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required but can be waived with prior experience in field
- 1-3 years’ sales experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
