**Been more than 2 years into Customer Care role from Mumbai Location.**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
Customercare **after sales **service **handling role. Computer knowledge - MS office - word, Basic Excel sheet**
- Attend to customer service calls on phone
- New order processing & feeding in the system
- Manage the work allocation thru the service management system
- Make repair quotations in Tally and interact with the customer for approval
- payment follow-up if any
- complaints or grievances solving
- coordinate with the services and spares team for completion and close service calls
- Good in Ms Office. Tally aware or worked than Advantage **(ELSE CO WILL TRAIN ON THE SOFTWARE**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
