**Admin & Front Desk Executive (0-2 Years)**

**The Role**:
- Able to Handle the Front Desk Respond to mails, messages, calls, etc. of applicants, Vendors and Customers.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Ability to Effectively Communicate, Coordinate and run the Front-Desk/Front-Office with Ease.
- Organize, file, input data and maintain confidential documents.
- Performs various secretarial and administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Manage outgoing mail and courier services.
- Handles a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the administrative function of the office.
- Tactfully handles enquiries and/or refer to appropriate personnel/department.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS will be an added advantage.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned to support the success of HR/Admin Team.
**You will be a wonderful fit, if you are**:
- Having **0-2** **years** of work experience as an Administrative Coordinator/Assistant, ideally within Human Resources/Hospitality Industry.
- Any Graduate (Preferably with Science/Technical background) with Pleasant Demeanourand is Presentable with Utmost Professionalism.
- Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication with Good Tonality.
- Fluent in more than one Indian language, preferably Kannada/Hindi, along with English.
**Freshers **with the aforementioned attributes and **Women** looking to **Restar**t their careers after a break are also welcome to apply.
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent; Monday to Friday (Weekends Off); **Work From Office Only.**
