Patient Inquiry and process patient billing.
- Handle mails
- Take messages and manage a multi-line phone to handle calls.
- Computer knowledge is must.
- Greets visitors, ascertains purpose of visit, and directs them to appropriate staff.
- Interviews patients to complete documents, case histories, and forms such as intake and insurance forms. Compiles and records medical charts, reports, and correspondence using a computer and various software programs. Transmits correspondence and medical records by mails.
- Schedules and confirms patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical consultations.
- Answers telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Operates office equipment such as EMR System to maintain database system and other software to prepare CV, letters, case histories, and medical records.
- Maintains medical records, technical library, and correspondence files.
- Performs various clerical and administrative functions such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
