Job Title: Business Development Manager - Forex and Remittance (Students Division)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our forex company, specializing in providing remittance services for students. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will take charge of devising and implementing robust sales strategies to not only meet but also surpass our business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with overseas education consultants to foster growth in student customer acquisition for our remittance services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at exceeding business goals and driving revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate with overseas education consultants to expand our market presence and increase customer acquisition.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan that encompasses sales, revenue targets, and expense controls.
- Achieve and exceed planned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to generate leads, convert leads into viable sales opportunities, and drive revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client needs, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts for optimal business outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of remittance products and services targeting student customers.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborators.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, while also being an effective team player.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently.
