**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
Application Architecture
- Reports and makes recommendations to senior members of the architecture team for new features, security patches and version upgrades

Application Operations
- Responsible for user provisioning and terminations
- Responsible for migration of code and changes across instances
- Responsible for maintaining 99.999% uptime SLA
- Supports UAT, DR testing, documentation and backups

Application Incident Response
- Uses established procedures for remediation of incidents, escalating as needed for additional guidance
- Responsible for maintaining 95% SLA for incident resolution

Application Security, Audit and Compliance
- Responsible for executing password policies for periodic password changes, maintaining audit history for new user on-boarding and terminating user access
- Helps internal and external auditors with periodic reviews

Application Capacity Review

Application Performance Optimization
- Performs initial level of performance analysis
- Follows pre-defined process to identify performance bottlenecks
- Responsible for first level of performance issue resolution, escalating if not resolved
- Responsible for compliance management

**Qualifications**
- Significant knowledge and experience of designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow with hands-on experience of day-to-day technical platform administration, support, and maintenance
- Proactive identification and execution of platform enhancements to maximize value, inputting into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for the platform ‘Advanced’ automation including workflow and system integration
- Expertise in working support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades
- Create views and reports as needed to illustrate service performance and demonstrate business value
- Experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder
- Experience with configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, in ServiceNow
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
