**Job Title: Quality Civil Safety Trainer ( Construction sites )**

We are looking for an experienced **Quality Civil Safety Trainer ( Construction sites )** to join our construction team, specializing in providing comprehensive induction safety training to labourers including Masons, Helpers, Drillers, Nozzlemen, Fitters, Welders, Carpenters, Scaffolders, and Equipment Operators. The Safety Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and on-site training sessions, developing PowerPoint presentations on civil construction safety rules, maintaining training attendance records, and covering a variety of safety training topics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver effective induction safety training programs to labourer s entering civil construction sites, focusing on hazard recognition, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Develop and present clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations on civil construction safety rules, tailored to the specific roles and responsibilities of each labour category.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Customize training materials and topics to address the unique needs and risks associated with each labour category (e.g., Masonry, Welding, Carpentry).
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, safety officers, and HR personnel to schedule and coordinate training sessions effectively.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to Labour and supervisors on safety practices, regulations, and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to construction safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a**Quality Civil Safety Trainer ( Construction sites )** in the construction industry, with expertise in conducting induction safety training for diverse labour categories in civil projects.
- Deep understanding of civil construction safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in developing and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage audiences of various skill levels.
- Experience in maintaining accurate training records and conducting safety audits is preferred..

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- On site Training: 1 year (preferred)
- RCC, Finishing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
