**Job Title - Quality Civil Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits regularly to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety training programs tailored to the specific needs of construction projects.
- Train and educate construction teams on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution phases.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and regulations set forth by local, state, and federal authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training sessions, inspections, and incident reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to construction safety.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering projects, with a minimum of [ 3 TO 4 ] years in a similar role focusing on safety.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in construction environments.
