**Job Title: Quality Training Specialist (Construction Site)**

**Location: Construction Site (Onsite)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement quality training programs tailored to construction site needs, including quality control processes, inspection procedures, and safety standards.

2. Conduct training sessions for site personnel, including workers, supervisors, and subcontractors, on construction quality practices.

3. Assess the skills and knowledge of site personnel and provide ongoing coaching to improve quality performance.

4. Monitor construction activities and provide real-time feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

5. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify training needs and develop training materials.

6. Maintain records of training sessions, including attendance, performance assessments, and follow-up actions.

7. Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and programs.

8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that site practices align with established quality guidelines.

9. Provide technical support and guidance on quality management systems and best practices for construction projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance/control in the construction industry, preferably in a training or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and engaging with diverse teams.
- Ability to conduct on-the-job training sessions and demonstrations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training programs and maintain accurate records.
- Certification in Quality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a field environment.

**Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite**

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
