We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Intermediate Representative, Fund Administration **to join our Call Center team. **This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID -(NIGHT SHIFT- ROTATIONAL)**
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
- Knowledge of Placing Trades over the phone and / or providing Technical support through calls will be an added advantage.
- Min of 2 to 3 years of Experience in International Inbound Voice Process is Mandatory.
- Should be flexible to extend shifts to clear the calls waiting in queue or when there is Business Requirement.
- Should have great problem-solving skills and should be proactive in finding solutions to challenges faced in day-to-day work in both WFH and WFO Environment.
- Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
- Should be open to Change and comfortable to work in Dynamic environment.
- Should be a Quick learner and should be able to work with minimum governance.
- Should be high on integrity and have positive approach. Should be comfortable with hybrid work environment (WFH and WFO both).
