We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our GPTSO - Trade Servicing team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Process and Verify Trade processing like Trade Collections, LC Issuance, LC Payments Reimbursements, Advising/Confirmation, discounting as per details furnished by Relationship Officer and clients.
Monitors Trade transaction and acts as business validators by addressing flags raised by transaction system.
Serves as an authorizer/verifier for the trade transactions and ensures processing deadlines are met; performs day-to-day work without exceptions. Maintains the Right First-time culture.
Performs first level review on normal / Complex trade transactions. Processing and authorizing the trade transactions with 100% accuracy and timeline. Assisting the team lead in reporting, escalation management. Assist the processor in their queries and educate them on the technical concepts.
Executes all correspondent inquiries in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
Managing the daily business requirement and ensuring the trade transactions are accurately performed.
Proper handling of Management Information.
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of degree is required.
1 to 3 Years of work experience of Trade Finance is preferred.
Trade Certifications like CDCS, CSDG, CITF preferred.
Strong communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
