**Position : Sales And Marketing Executive**

**Experience : 0 To 1 Years**

**Salary : 10000 To 15000**

**Location : Trichy.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to the FMCG, finance, and jewellery sectors, aligned with company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, and utilize findings to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize sales performance and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as digital advertising, social media, trade shows, and traditional media to effectively communicate brand messages and promote products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjustment of strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market dynamics to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in sales and marketing to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand visibility and cultivate business relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the FMCG, finance, and/or jewellery industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
