The Field Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services offered by the company within the specified industry sectors, including jewellery, chit funds, FMCG, and other marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the jewellery, chit funds, FMCG, and other relevant industries.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Actively engage with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, networking events, and other sales techniques to promote company products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to coordinate sales activities, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other designated tools.
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training programs, seminars, and self-learning initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the jewellery, chit funds, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and work flexible hours as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
