**Company Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Managing Director by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required.
- Participate and contribute to organizational/team meetings as required.
To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all calls, drafting routine letters to high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required.
- Strong ability to recall the information at a timely manner.
- To provide support for meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced.
- This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.
**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related/Master’s.
**Specific Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Driving skill (Add on).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
